strange spider not familiar to my country

I found this little fella on the outside wall of the building. It wasnt really big about 4-5 centimetres. It looks really cool. Any help with the name?

It is a male, possibly a house spider such as a Tegenaria sp., but the combination of the darkness of the images combined with the aspects from which they were taken makes a positive identification difficult.
