I have seen this insect on my car rear window. I had seen this before that was swimming in the pool and this time flying. When it swims, it can swim underwater too. It's about 3/4" long with small front leg pair, long middle legs and shorter back legs. I guess it is a kind of mosquito but I'm looking for its exact name.
My windows was not clean and sorry for that.
This is a water strider, a true bug in the family Gerridae. They are able to walk on the surface of water, where the hunt small invertebrates that are just below the surface -
