first photo is of my Oak leaf hydrangea that I got last spring at the RU.
Next two photos are of something I rustled in 2010 while doing the Census. Anyone know?
Next is my white yarrow with gold lantana, peach lantana, Amaryllis and Zexmenia in the background.
Last is close up of Amaryllis.

Your garden is looking so pretty Cheryl. I know you must enjoy it.

A house plant but certainly my most unique flower.

Cheryl, what is the white daisy looking flower? My neighbor down the street has some growing out near the curb and they're so bright and pretty.

This is my first coneflower of the season!

It looks like blackfoot daisy to me, Stephanie. I covet them in a big way.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

The foliage is wrong and the bloom is too big for blackfoot daisy. I have one of those. Blackfoot Daisy flowers are teeny tiny and don't really stretch above the foliage.

I could try to root one for you, but they are very hard to root.

Arlington, TX

No it is an upclose pic of black foot daisy. All mine have that foliage, what does yours look like?

Well hmmmm!! I'll have to go out and take a pic in the morning and post it.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I think I need a blackfoot daisy. White daisies with yellow centers are my totally favorite flower. I would love to grow some of them.

Here's my Blackfoot Daisy. Happy it came back from the freeze.

Some kind of yarrow, I think.

Phlox pilosa (prairie phlox) is in full bloom and smelling heavenly.

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Sure do, I'll bring some to the RU :)

Arlington, TX

Thank you!

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

SPWD, I'd like some of those seeds as well. The Gaillardia suavis

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Steadycam, got it :)

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

Your yellow LA Iris is to die for

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Sandy, I'll bring you a few. They were all dug out, divided and replanted last fall. Every single one bloomed this spring! I think I'm now a fan of LA iris :)

Very nice blooms, Cheryl! My Texas Betony barely survived the winter, but it's alive. Then I moved it, so no blooms yet. Maybe once it's established.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Yellow yarrow, blackfoot daisy, and Tennessee Coneflower

Echinacea (Purple coneflower) is starting to put on their show. Look at all those buds!

Becky, how is Daucus pusilis different from regular old Queen Anne's Lace, Daucus carota?

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Carrie, D. Pusilis isn't near as pretty as QAL! It's smaller by by both height and bloom size. I help the reseeding along since I like its little lacy blooms nonetheless. Im a wildflower junkie..

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

SPWD, in the east, QAL is a thug, not a wildflower.

I like it though, and other people do too!
