Hey guys! I live in South Mississippi and my dad has always loved gardening. For the past few years I've been noticing a weird bug on his plants, mainly his blackberries. I've looked around the net a few times and never found anything but now my curiosity is driving me crazy.
Any help would be appreciated! I attached a picture of the bug below.

This is a nymph of a true bug in the superfamily Fulgoroidea, possibly in the family Acanaloniidae - see http://www.alexanderwild.com/Insects/Insect-Orders/Bountiful-Bugs/i-svHXsKr for an example (not the same species as yours).
