I found these eggs (I think they're eggs) on my deck. Does anyone know what kind of eggs they are? Should I get rid of them? I took a picture with my index finger to show size....

They are insect eggs; they look very much lake lady beetle eggs - http://www.arthropods.de/insecta/coleoptera/coccinellidae/coccinellaSeptempunctata02_e.htm
