Tiny bugs found near bathroom sink; we have recent bites

We have found these guys near our bathroom sink; there is a space between it and the wall that has various dirt that could be our own skin, bug fecal, dead bugs... To naked eye, they seem like tiny dots, reminding me of fleas.
