I've only seen it in my bedroom no where else in the house. Not even outside. Really curious what it is. I'm also really glad they move really slowly because they can be quite large. I live in northern california (bay area) if that helps any. Thanks for any help!
New Spider Around The House
Not a true spider, but a non-venomous relative in the order Opiliones, commonly called 'daddy long-legs' or harvestmen.
Hmm I looked those up, but I don't find any that look exactly like that spider/bug. The daddy long legs around here definitely don't look like my spider their bodies aren't that thick.
Some opilionids can have relatively short legs and plump bodies - see https://www.flickr.com/photos/78441846@N03/12907008145/ for an example.
Oh wow well I'm glad THOSE are not in my house, the ones at my house look less scary. Thanks again hopefully they just keep to themselves and stay out of my bed :)
