This Bug Bit my Wife and were having a difficult time finding this exact bug. It looks like a stink bug except for its head.

Not an entomologist, but it is definitely a true bug. Likely an assassin bug, perhaps in the genus Apiomerus. Someone much more knowledgeable will no doubt be along to provide better information.
Looks more like a nymph of an assassin bug known as the masked hunter (Reduvius personatus). This is a peridomestic species often found indoors - http://msue.anr.msu.edu/news/masked_hunters_assassin_bugs
