I found this little guy on my window and I just had to get a photograph of him. He's about 1 cm long and to me looked like a little flying shrimp. It was when I got him on a black piece of fabric and photographed him with a macro lens that I saw he has feather-like things on his face. I'd love to know what he is!! I live in Sacramento, CA and we just had a big storm with some small tornados. I'm wondering if he was forced here with the high winds and such. I've never seen anything like it before. Any information would be great!! Thanks....
Heather
