It's an awful big place for just 5 of us.....we may all get lost!

I looked to see how long it would take me to go get Jaye from Gatlinburg. 6 hours 😩

then it would take me about 8

well, there is just 5 of us.

Oh man, I'm excited about our small get together, but I was so looking forward to seeing all those who can't come now for one reason or another.

I might not be visible but I will be there in thought and looking for "eye candy". I am getting this complex that if I commit to anything something is sure to cancel it out. I know bad of me but the last 4 years have not been good in that respect. Kim was telling me last night how disappointed she was as she was looking forward to putting names and faces together.

Then wait!!! Who says we only have to have these once a year?

Jaye and Deborah, I am heart broken I have had to do this to the 2 of you but she is my sister and I am needed here. No clue as for how long. I am unable to make telephone calls to anyone as she is always very close to me ...part of security issues for now. So please don't be angry I haven't called to let you know Jaye. It is just hard when the situation. Good news, she did manage to get 8 full hours of sleep last night. Thank you God.

well, talked to Deborah, she can't come anyway. her mother can't be left alone, so it's just us 5. wil miss those who can't come, but know y'all be there in spirit

Marion, You are so right!! I was thinking that same thing. We'll see what happens, sometime a last minute trip is just the thing, will have to keep that in mind for later.
We will miss you all, in person but yep as always you'll be with us in heart and Spirit.

Just checked Gatlinburg weather. Monday, 70, Tuesday 72, Wednesday 73, Thursday 72 with a 70% chance of rain! Then down to 64 on Friday. Could have some clouds while we're there, but it sounds better than what we've been having here! I'll take it! Lots of things that can still be done in the rain.

the drive for me is 6 hours. they are predicting winds 50 to 60 mpr tonite

I hate to say this but when Kim and I rented a cabin in 2005.....it did snow on April 1. We went up and had planned to go through Maggie Valley......road closed due to snow. Please be careful everyone.

We're here in Gatlinburg! Had a beautiful drive down. Made it in 5 1/2 hours. We had a nice dinner in Pigeon Forge at Ruby Tuesdays. It was really yummy!

Marion, haven't seen any eye candy yet!

So we have arrived in Gatlinburg nice and safe.
Omg ride was an absolute breeze.

Made a stop in pigeon forge at Ruby Tuesday for dinner.
was most yummy.

Sunshine's friend Sherry is just a love. They are having a view of the place we are gathering at.

...Today, I got to have a nice visit with Sistah Sue. It was fantastistic toget our armwraps in. After that we dropped in to say hello to Bertie, and that wonderful too...well then we were off and now just sorta chiiling and unwinding.

So I wanted to be sure to drop in and say hello.
I'm excited to be meeting Sistah Kathy on Wednesday.

We miss you all but know you are in our hearts and Spirit.
