Hi
found this on my shed arround 11pm very dark black with white and black striped legs with a very big plump round body about the size of a 10 pence piece
any help would be very much appreciated

Thanks for your reply , I thought yhays what it was but it threw me with it having white and black striped legs rather than yellow and black, do there leg coulour vary. ..??
Many species of spiders, like many insects, can show considerable individual variation in color pattern. Also, the quality of lighting used when photographing specimens can have an effect...
