So, Aspenhill, what kind of camera did you end up buying? I've been thinking of getting a new camera too, probably a Nikon DSLR. I'd love to get that 7100 but I don't think I could hold it up very long. It is too heavy for me. I'll try to find a picture of me to upload. Hmm, none of the pictures seem very good. Oh well, at least it has some pretty flowers in it.
FIRST FLOWERS OF SPRING!!!! Post your pics!!!!
lovely pictures!!
Muddy, perhaps Chionodoxa, known as glory-of-the-snow?
Coleus, I ended up getting that Nikon 7100, but there was another one that had the same image quality, but the body was less rugged and therefore less heavy. Check out the 5400.
Sally, my Tete a Tetes are always really short. They bloom when only about 2" tall. They seem to grow while in bloom and usually die out around 4-5"
Wind, Great pics, how happy your Mom looks, she must have had a great day.
Sally, that is a great selfie - you and typ have the knack. I am so out of touch with what is hip that I just recently even learned what a selfie is lol...
Wind, ditto what Holly said, and Coleuslover that is a great picture of you too.
Wow you guys, what WONDERFUL photos of you all!! I concur Sequoia, your wife is ever so lovely, you guys make such sparkling couple!! And, congratulations on your anniversary!! Wow.. I remember my first... 20 years ago! < =D And it just keeps getting better and better!! ♥

Sally, which one is the selfie? The one on the right??? LOL
NO fair, Speedie---need a REAL picture of you!
I think I have one from an earlier swap at sally's--but it won't be great.
YOU can find one-- Stop being so reclusive!
Take your camera to work and have your "Boss man" take one of you.
Everyone else--thanks for posting your pictures....We still need a bunch---
Paul--should I post one of you from Jan's swap?
There are some great groupie shots I have. Coleup is on them too...
I KNOW she won't post a picture of herself!!!
May I ?????? G.
I've seen Paul on LinkedIn- almost didn't recognize him, cleaned up all spiffy lookin and professional like

Okay there we are. I copied a pic from that thread since i don't take pics. That was a great day!!!!!
And I TOTALLY agree with Holly about instantly bonding. That was at RosesRRed's house. My first time.
ooh Catmint, so sassy! ;)
You are all beautiful, inside and out!
Thanks all. It was an awesome trip! In fact wish we were there now! :-)
Seeing all these pictures just brings home in my mind what a great group of folks we have here and how much fun the get togethers are!
Yeah I'm definitely looking forward to coming to my first swap!
The deer ate the crocus in my front yard. I saw 5 of them munching away last night: they were caught in the act! I had forgotten they liked them. At least they left enough so that I can find them, dig them up and replant them behind my fence.
Mudy---
Sprinkle Milorganite around the plants the dear munch on.
it has been known to deter hem....
Spread it around where they come into your lawn too....
I'm still on my soap-box about this product....
SS--How did you get your Hellebore blooms to point up?
Did you prop them up with something?? HUH????
I have a few things blooming in my neck of the woods....
One or two more days like the last two--and all my daffs will be in bloom.
They are almost there now.....
Meanwhile---I have these to share....
#4--Monkshood coming up in the pot...which will stay dug into the bed.
It always looks so good as it grows--and then it gets all sicky.
I still do not know what the problem is.....it does it every year--in the fall...#5.
Beautiful, ladies!
Gita, I have new varieties hellebores that bloom facing up.
I do have a black one that droops, but that one is barely beginning to bloom. It's such a pretty color that I don't mind that it doesn't face up. :)
Nice pics ladies! Any day now I'll have my first daff bloom. I'm going to snap a pic of that and post it up! Not sure if it will be the Jetfire or the Thalia who blooms first.
Seq you were right about Tete a Tete, they are now 5- 7 inches tall, all blooming. Ice Follies and Orange Ice follies are blooming. Forsythia just barely.
Gorgeous Hellebores, everyone!
Interesting mystery flower, Ric - do you have any idea what it is?
Gita - I love that deep purple crocus. I was intrigued by your Monkshood and did some googling to learn about it. That's one beautiful but really toxic plant! I trust you wear gloves when you handle it : )
That is walking iris I think. I have a yellow one.
