Hi, can anyone help me I have these insects in my house, mainly in the kitchen, they are tiny but no matter what I put down they keep appearing on the ceiling and the floor, I could find 40/50 a day, would be grateful for any help!
What are these?
This looks like a peculiar type of millipede in the order Polyxenida known as a duff millipede. Sometimes mistaken for carpet beetle larvae, they are basically nuisance pests that do no real harm. See http://wiki.bugwood.org/HPIPM:Duff_Millipedes
Hi Flapdoodle! Thanks so much for your reply, 100% right I've given them their eviction notice ha ha! Thanks for the help!
