Invitation to WHA's June RU
Do we have a starting time? Just planning the trip, and the 6 hour return trip.
Let's say 11AM
Thanks Bill!
would SO love to be there for this but I can't.....it will be the last of week of school for the kids and just so much to finish up with all that, bummer :(
Do we put our plant info here? My noid pink TP has babies. I buried a branch last year, and now there are two more that look rooted. Any takers? I can add a picture later.
hi Jen nice to hear from you - hope all is well - you will be missed.

We will soooooo miss you, Jen!
REMINDER TO EVERYONE: the first post in this thread has links to the plant swap and food threads. The FIRST post in the food thread has the list of those coming and what dishes they plan to bring.
I will miss you all too! Take lots of pictures!
with less than a week to go the yard is finally getting close to respectable - the pond is have green issues however - look forward to seeing everyone - for those driving have a safe trip.
I've been thinking about you guys and wishing I could be there. One of these days. I'm sure you will have a great time.
When will you be sending out directions?
Bill, you can stop cleaning up right now unless that makes you too queasy. We appreciate everything, and look forward to seeing (and meeting, for me) our DG pals.
Green ponds are nice.....Memory, Louise sent out directions.....Dmail me & I'll give them to you if you need them....
Sadly, I've got a last-minute family conflict and have to back out. I would love to have seen your garden, Bill, green pond and all! I'll try again for next year. Looks like you will have great weather, and I'm sure it will be a wonderful event.
Wynne
sorry you will not make it wynne.
Memory, if you still need directions, please dmail me and I can respond with the blast email I sent to all who had responded. Sorry you were not included.....probably did it too soon....but I will make sure you het them asap!
Wynne, so sorry you won't be there!
I am trying to get a final total count before I buy the special dogs. If you are bringing anyone who is not already on the list ( see first post of food thread, please), please let me know asap so that I will buy enough for everyone. Thanks, all!
Hey everyone, as of right now I'm still planning to drop by for a bit. I believe my husband will be joining me but the whole day/weekend is still a little up in the air as we also have a couple graduation parties to make an appearance at. But you don't need to worry about food for me. I have special dietary needs so I bring my own. I'll bring something to share too. Anything in particular still needed?
hi Christina - glad you are still coming - have some rock stuff that your hubby might want to give a try:)
So glad we will finally get to meet, Christina! Anything goes as to food, and we will have plenty for you and your husband, so don't worry about that! Just come and enjoy! Thanks for letting us know you are coming! Very cool!
Have an absolutely, fanshmabulous day!!!!!
Thanks....we'll be missing you.....
Yes, Jan....you will be so very missed! Where are you now?
Actually, we are still at home. Grandkids have been here since Thursday. Jeff found out last week that per his contract they had the authority to keep them all next week, but they are only holding them to Monday and Tuesday. He also has been helping a friend build his kitchen cabinets and they have been feverishly working for months to finish them to the point that Jeff is finished with his part.
The weather here was fantabulous, so I can only imagine what it was like there in paradise.
Soooooo.....did y'all have an awesome day???? I am positive you did!!!!
Great weather, a paradise garden, delicious food and great company. Thank you to Bill and Cindy, and thank you to Louise for the organizational coup.
cindy and I would like to thank all our friends that came today. we had a great day!
reminded me a lot like Thanksgiving - i worked hard since spring getting the yard ready and it was over in 4 hours :)
Yes, thank you Bill and Cindy for hosting. Walking around your property was a fabulous way to spend the afternoon. Although it might end up being an expensive trip because now I must go JM shopping :).
It was great to meet so many DGers too!
