A few insects needed to be identified.
In the first image, you have a large robber fly (family Asilidae) - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/65341054 for an example - eating a wasp, possibly a spider wasp.
The second image shows a young nymph of an assassin bug (family Reduviidae).
