That would be the one I learned as Cedrus atlantica var. glauca, but I think it is reclassified in the Cedrus group as a variety of a different species.

I was going to guess an Atlas Cedar, but I wimped out. lol.

Cedrus libani var. atlantica is listed as a synonym - so if you're a lumper, there you go.
