never see this before!! Under a papaya leaf, about 3'' long with a hole in the centre and what appear to be white larvae embeded in it, any ideas?

Your camera focused on the background rather than the nest-like object, so it is too fuzzy to see any detail. Could you please try again with a more careful focus?
