What's wrong with my echeveria? :(

The tips of some of the newer leaves are scarred. Is this because I wasn't watering enough or is this a pest problem? It's happening to more than just this echeveria :(

Well, I tried adding a photo with my iphone but it didnt upload and now I can't edit the photo of this post or delete it :( sorry.
