Tomorrow is my daughter's 18th birthday and this is the message of the card I found for her:

"Happy Birthday
to our beautiful
daughter who has blossomed
into an even lovelier
young woman.

...and while we're on this
little flower metaphor,
remember that you don't have
to take fertilizer
from anyone and make sure
that you don't get pollinated -
if you catch our drift.

Love you"
