Subject: Help to identify a bug on my Bonsai

I just noticed on my Fukien bonsai & surrounding plants and on the table, pots the whole area covered in white sticky dots! I can't see any aphids mealy bugs etc, just the white sticky mess. I have a fern, Swedish ivy, Purple Passion, Norfolk Island Pine ( this one is tallest, I don't see it affected so far) and my Fukien Tree who is 18 yrs. old. I don't know what this infestation is. Can you help?
I just sprayed Fukien with neem oil, but read here not on fuzzy leaves. Thank you so much. P.s. I can't photograph these white dots are teeny!
