Small parasite living on indoor plants. Please help, gardeners

Budapest, Hungary

Hello y'all,

I have 3 plants: one Dracaena Marginata and two that I cannot label. All of them are being under the attack of some very small 1. white rice grain-shaped eggs (the Dracaena) and 2. small, puffy, almost static bugs that nest a sort of cocoon at the root of the leafs (the unknown plants). I couldn't find anything in my rather hasty research. I hope the pictures will be good enough to help me identify them and maybe even some advice on how to get rid of them.
If it's not enough, please let me know and I will upload new ones.

Thank you in advance!
Cheers,
TP.

Images are not clear enough for a definitive i.d., but I suspect that some of these at least could be scale insects, see http://aljaz.info/razno/dracaena_marginata_white_bugs_3.jpg for an example. Mealybugs are another possibility; see http://www.flickr.com/photos/sylphbranching/1955282770/ for an example. In either case, spraying with an insecticidal soap should provide control.

Mealybugs are another possibility; try Googling Psuedococcidae to see if you can find anything resembling your specimens. In either case, spraying with an insecticidal soap should provide contrrol.
