I have a lot of these in my balconey lately. I've also got a lot of edible plants around so need to know how I can get rid of these organically without spraying chemicals around my plants..

Looks like Mayfly. Usually near water such as streams, ponds and lakes. Adults have no functional mouth parts so do not eat. Only live a few hours or days. Can be a nuisance when large populations emerge but disappear within a few days.
