I don't know what kind of bug it is...and it's eatin' my Fuchsias...(I'm getting mad now..!)

...thank you guys, I know you can help me identifying this guy, and telling me how to control its propagation in my plants... I have thousands of them...

He is a looper or inch worm type caterpillar. Family geometridae sp but I can see well enough to make out any detail.
