Don't let the size fool you, 3-4mm roughly. I can't seem to find what it is.

This is one of the grain/granary weevils in the genus Sitophilus; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maize_weevil
These infest primarily whole grains, such as wheat, rice, or corn (maize).
