Growing Brunfelsia americana

Aloha,

For the past year, I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to propagate Brunfelsia americana.
aka, "Lady of the Night"

I have tried RootBoost and Dip n Grow with no success.

I have also left cuttings in water and gotten stubby roots.

Put the cutting with short roots into potting mix and kept the mix moist/wet with 0 results.

I have seeds, which I tried to plant and no results.

Any Help/Suggestions would be appreciated.
