i know its not to do with gardening, but i really need help with this, as i am concerned i have bed bugs, found a few in bedroom cupboard and card board boxes,
struggling to ID from pictures on the web
any help would be grateful thanks

Having said that I will say that as far as I can tell from your photo, your little insect is NOT a bed bug. The shape looks to me like an adult (winged) beetle.
