Can anyone tell me what spider this is? Is it a false widow?

I was out weeding and mulching the Iris bed when this little guy was caught moving across the bed. There were about 3 of them moving around this plot. Any ideas to what this spider is? This
is in Sandpoint, Idaho on 10/26/2013.
