It's nearly 2 inches and looks mean. It's now scared until you try to grab it to put it outside. But it's too fast to catch way too fast. We have had 2 of these in our flat in France and they freak me out. Normally I'm ok with spiders but this one is weird. It's almost a pinkish color in the light. Please help.

Wow looks similar! Is it dangerous as we have young children?
No. They can have a painful bite if mishandled (they are not aggressive towards humans), but it is not dangerous.
