Spider found in East London - Please help identify!

Hi, I noticed this spider a few weeks ago. I have never seen anything like this before and was wondering if anybody could help me identify it?

I believe that this spider is in the family Segestriidae, a so-called snake-back spider in the genus Segestria - http://arachnerds.blogspot.com/2012/01/segestria-florentina-tube-web-spider.html and http://www.uksafari.com/snakebackspiders.htm
