Sorry the picture isn't very good but i've been hearing of these false widow spiders around the U.K and i'm worried this is one. I have lot's of these on the outside of my window. They are never together though and about the size of a mans thumb nail.
Really can't see much in this image, but the web doesn't look much like that of a false widow...
