Hello,

We have spotted this bug on our Kale and orange tree. their numbers are increasing.
They do not seem to eat the leaf itself, but are suckng somehow the energy out of it, so it wilts.

Looks like Harlequin bug nymphs. they love cabbage and related plants.

They are stink bug nymphs, but likely not harlequin bugs - see http://waynesword.palomar.edu/images/harleq2b.jpg for an image.
