Ladies we need to know who will be bring food, drinks and or snacks.
For those that are traveling a long way, we can probably take up donations to go shopping, and get food when we all get there?

LK, I don't have a clue what I am making for dinner each day and now you want me to tell you what I might bring in April? LOL I most likely will bring a batch of German baked beans...they freeze extremely well and should be fine for travel. I will throw in some coffee..anyone with particular taste buds?
Well we can have so many in charge of each meal. Suppose we all toss some money in a kitty and use that for groceries. Any one that wants to bring something else is welcome to. We can work out menus after we are all there. Meals out can be Dutch. How's that?
I know Kim and I will be bring some fruit and snack type items that diabetics can (maybe) have, plus more than likely a supply of Splenda. We got used to doing that over the past 3 years going to my sisters. I like Karen's idea of a donating some money to cover some things. BTW, if we have more than originally planned attending, then maybe the extra funds could go to foods.....if there is any. Kathy would know that part.
i'm bringing fried turkey to snack on. we can go out to eat ifin y'all want. only extra money I got is from the crazy neighbor, and sue taynors. di8d I miss anyone besides coredeldawg, who is bringing money with her?

Trust me it is fun....and great food! Of course, we had a shock with Kim, she is allergic to pineapple and they had brought us a refreshing drink before dinner. 2 sips later, we knew she was in trouble....thank goodness she cares Benadryl.
We ate there too, kids really enjoyed it.
I like to eat in the old house in back. We were going there when that was nearly the only thing there! They have amazing fried apple pies, too. Oh yum, my stomach is growling!

Well it is mine roaring now. I went in town to see if I could find some plants for the front of the house. We decided to check out a new place for lunch and now I am wishing we hadn't. It is called Chicken Salad Chicks but other than being attractively served.....it was not good. I had a sampler plate and frankly, I couldn't tell the difference in any of them.

I'm thinking too, we can each bring ONE wrapped present, handmade or store bought, not more than $25 and leave them under the tree.
Number the boxes and we draw numbers! If we picked our own box, we return it to the tree.
Just one gift per person. This will be our first Sistahs Christmas!

Spent the day with my little girls...totally unplanned! I went out early this morning and just as I was coming home their mother called. I missed the call but drove by the shop where she works. Before I had a chance to see what was happening, Catie-Beth appeared out of no where and announced to the entire store that "Grandma has come to save us!" That child!!! The called Kim and she met us in town for lunch and we went to see Frozen. Great movie!!!!! Tired now so headed to bed.
