How would I propagate this bush? Can it be done by cuttings? Any other info on dogwoods would be helpful, as well. Thanks!

Cuttings or seeds will both work just fine . Seeds must go through a 3 - 5 month cold cycle first . Potential root production for Cornus cuttings varies from species to species and you should refer to Dirr's Manual of Woody Landscape Plants for further info . Good luck !!
