ANSWERED: Quince and Sour Cherries

I want to plant a quince tree but don't know what variety. There is one I hear that can be eaten raw and its the "softest" kind.

Also and interested in a sour cherry tree, the kind you eat in the middle east.

Please help, not one nursery here is able to help me out.
