African iris seed starting

I received some African iris seeds. Do I just pant them indoors as they are or do they need soaking and stratification
like bearded iris?

I just covered mine, but don't worry too much, even the ones that got washed open when I watered, germinated. They are not finicky at all.

Today I checked and I have 6 small seedlings poking out their heads. I took 4 weeks
for them to sprout. Exciting
