This small bug has shown up recently near sinks, window sills and baseboard. Trying to figure out what they are so we can get to of them.

Image too fuzzy to be certain but these could be flour beetles - check your pantry/food storage areas for signs of infestation. Another possibility is the foreign grain beetle, aka new house beetle - http://www.ipm.iastate.edu/ipm/iiin/bthenew.html
Thank you so much! We checked the pantry and found nothing. We see them most by the drains and base board. We also noticed them in some nearby new spec homes that were just finished. They are definetly the flour beetle. How do we get rid of them?
See http://ohioline.osu.edu/hyg-fact/2000/2087.html for some suggestions. These cam apply to other pantry pests as well.
