found on cats bed please help!

I just found this in my cats bed and im not sure what it is. I looked up roaches because when I first moved into this apartment I was greeted with the critters but I havent found any that match up

Larvae (maggots) of phorids can develop very quickly in just about any accumulation of decomposing organic matter, and when they are mature, they crawl away in search of a dry place to pupate.
