Bugs on Rose Mallow - Hibiscus

BUMPASS, VA

Have a large Hibiscus- Rose Mallow that blooms with white flowers.
This year it had several prolific pods that were going to bloom, and when we came back from work- this is what we saw on the entire plant.

It is a bug with orange spots on it. Not sure if it is a preditor to another issue. But it turns the pods a dried dead look, without flowers.

confused..

Thank you- Vickey
