Seen this on top of my car it is about 2 - 3 times bigger than a wasp, but had yellow legs and antena.
Can you help me identify it. Thank you

We get Wood Wasps, too. I can't be certain but the pics but it appears to have a long ovipositor on it's heinie making it a female. Fall is when we see them the most.
