hey guys i really need your help. ive just moved into a new house, and ive been getting alot of bites during the night. i mean alot of bites. i live with 2 other guys and no one else is getting bitten. i have the only room in the house that has carpet. i got the room fumigated roughly 4 days ago. I have had no evidence till now of some insect within my room. please help me identify what biting me.
These are cockroaches; they resemble some species in the family Ectobiidae (see http://bunyipco.blogspot.com/2012/02/night-walk-in-highlands.html for an example). I doubt that they would be responsible for your bites.
