CLOSED: CLOSED: Is this a big roach dropping

New Baltimore, MI

We have had a few weird bugs inside this summer including one that my hubby flushed before we could identify it. So if anyone has any idea what kind of dropping this is I appreciate it. Thank you. This dropping was not found where he found the bug. It is about a 1/2 inch long.

Well, when we first moved into the apartment and then another time we thought we had a mouse which they gave us glue boards at first then later we caught a couple in a no see um trap. They had gotten into our apartment through a boarded area where they obviously had to get to our water pipes. This dropping was found beneath the area where we had removed our old Christmas tree while straightening up. There is nothing else anywhere, no rodent issue in over a year. The only other thing I can think of is maybe a rat had gotten into my dad's garage where the x mas tree originally was before he gave it to us. Yuck! Thank you both for your help.

I once put up an artificial tree at work and decorated it with candy canes and gold foil wrapped chocolate coins so the children could help themselves. One night while working late in total silence I heard munching/crunching and found that mice had climbed the tree and were tearing off the foil to get at the chocolate. Yep, yuck!
