Ants or Termites?

This is my back fence. Wish I had captured a few of them to look at more clearly, but I didn't. The video isn't very clear either. Some of them had wings and some did not. They were making a buzzing noise too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRPgTqKPLmg&list=UU1ialBy__rhI_06Tf0NpfMw

I'm hoping someone will know for sure what these are. If they are termites, would appreciate some information on how to deal with them. If they are ants I'm not as concerned.

All I know is they were there the one day, and a few days later they weren't. I have some old termite damage in my house. The house was treated for termites in the late 70s, but not since then. My house is 80 years old.

I just want to know DO I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM?

They are moving too fast for my old eyes. Basically, ants have a skinny waist and termites don't.

Greene, yes, I read about the smaller waist and also there is a difference in bends in the antenna. Unfortunately I did not know that when I saw them.
