Is this a brown recluse?

I keep finding these in my basement suite, 15 or so in the last week and I'm concerned it could be a brown recluse as I have young kids. It's not the best picture but any help us appreciated.

Very hard to tell what it is but it isn't a recluse. Where are you located?

I'm in Kamloops, British Columbia - it's very dry and arid here, high summer temps and colder, dry winters. Good to hear its not a recluse though, thanks

It almost looks like a Wolf.

Don't know anything about spiders, are they something to be concerned about?

Large wolf spiders can give a painful bite if handled carelessly, but the bite is not dangerous.

Thanks for the feedback

I agree with Kwanjin, it does not look like a recluse spider.
As for the wolf spider, they can bite, and their bites do hurt, but they are not venomous in the way that the recluse and widow spiders are.

here is info on the many members of the Lycosidae family to which wolf spiders belong.

and since the picture is a bit difficult to say for sure, it could also be one of the fishing spiders in the genus Dolomedes
