Very small ghostly white butterfly. From photograph it looks like the upper side of wing could have black/grey patch but could not see this when flying. Looks completely white.

Hi shorthog, thanks for response but it is definitely not a cabbage white we have those too. It is far to small (about half the size) and a startlingly, ghostly, (blue) white very similar to the plume moths but obviously butterfly shaped.
It might be Leptidea sinapis, known as the wood white butterfly - http://www.arkive.org/wood-white-butterfly/leptidea-sinapis/
