CLOSED: Unusual looking moth?

It appears to be the size of a housefly, the eyes do look like a fly but the body resembles a little tiny moth? Sorry the pictures quality is not the best, the 3rd pic. shows the 'bug' in question along with two wasps. Please help I.D.
