Can anyone tell me what kind of spider this is? And are all of the webs made by the same kind of spider? These guys are big and are EVERYWHERE. :-(
These spiders are all over my yard!!
Yikes, I sure would like to know what they are too.
Nursery web spiders in the genus Pisaurina. When their eggs are close to hatching, the female spiders construct special webs where their young can receive some protection until they are old enough to go out and forage on their own. They are not dangerous to humans.
