Is this a Nabis Limbatus?

Found this in the grass near the river in Belgium.
I also found a description in my book that resembles this. Could it be that this insect is of the Nabis Limbatus kind?

It is not a nabid of any kind; it appears to be a plant bug in the family Miridae.
