Hi all, I believe this little fellow is a Burnet moth but I am not sure which one. It has red hind wings like a six spot and we do have an abundance of pyramidal orchids in the garden which I understand use the six spot to transport spore sacs. However the spots do not seem to correlate with any other Burnet photo I can find. Any ideas?
Thanks

There are more than two dozen species in this genus (Zygaena) in France - here's one possibility - http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zygaena_loti
