I found this spider in my bathtub. It was not hard to catch. In fact, it crawled into the cup you see in the picture. The spider was about the size of eraser head, smaller than a dime.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
NOTE: I threw this spider out in the woods. We CANNOT share the same house....lol.
Found this small spider in my bathtub, Northwest Michigan.
This is a cobweb spider in the genus Steatoda - looks like Steatoda triangulosa, a very common and widespread species. Not dangerous to humans.
