I looked for the Small Blue Butterfly (Cupido minimus) in The Bug Files but couldn't find it. When I tried to add it I was told the details I gave are not recognized.
I took pictures of this beautiful, tiny butterfly yesterday and would love to be able to add them to the bug files.
Can anyone advise on family and species/genus and how to add it please and thank you?

Terri, I have not created an entry for the Small Blue Butterfly (Cupido minimus), because your images are not of that species. Cupopido minimus, does not have the orange spots around the edge of the wing. It is also not very blue, being predominantly brown, with a dusting of blue scales.
